When large scale developments along Nelson, Union and Hobson Streets are completed, retail stores and service providers can expect 8,500 prospective customers.

SugarTree’s first building is now finished and occupied while the apartments are the Centro will be opened next month. The 13-storey Altro is still under the process of construction and 15% of the apartments are still available for sale.
